Ok, ordered my Vortech. Should i get the AFM PowerPipe and what about a different Mass Air? Which should i get and which size? I want to assemble everything i need before it is ready to go in. Do i need to order a filter for the powerpipe? If so, anybody know which one? Also, any other recommendations would be appreicated. Thanks.

 

What kit did you get?? Did it come with a tune??

If it came with a tune you need to use the MAF they sent ya. Otherwise a 90 MM lightning is a good choice.

What did ya pay for the kkit?

 

v2 130sq satin, i am not sure if it comes with a tune, but i will have er dyno tuned at time of install. There is no MAF included in the kit as listed on Vortech's site (havent got the kit yet in the mail) so guess no MAF and no mail-tune. Kit was 3075 incl ship.

i'm not sure. you can try www.superchargersonline.com or www.summitracing.com . i bought mine used from a local guy. been on the car almost a year at 10psi. no problems at all.
