im looking at getting flowmasters with an 0/r h pipe to make it deeper and louder. i see that flowmasters has all these different series exhaust, the 40 series being the most aggressive, but when i look at sites that sell flows for the 05 GT, theres no option for what series. how do i get the 40 series for an 05 GT?

 

are you talking about just the mufflers? if so, then you don't need a special muffler for your year car.

 

well the flowmasters being sold for the 05 GT.............. are they american thunder? 50 series? 40 series? what are they? i can't imagine they'res just one type of muffler for this 05 kit. also, the one that's on the flowmaster site is $448, but on brenspeed they're 300 bucks.

yeah, i got the same question. i need all this versions of flowmasters. so you just get two 40 series flows and that is it? no need for specific version depending on your model year/engine type??

 

go to some exhaust shop ask him to order you two super 40s, get super 40s i have them on my car and they are insane, he should be able to get them for you for about 125 apiece, and just have him put em on, he should do it for about 60 bucks or so

 

Call Breenspeed and ask them.. I've bought from them before and they were great.. If you buy from Flowmaster you will alawys pay more.. They can't under cut everyone that stocks their parts so they charge more.. I have an O/R H and Super 40s on my Cobra and I love it.. Very nice sound.. You can also get a nice sound from other brands but Flowmaster was by far the cheapest and w/ an H they sound sweet..
