Not impressed
Put in new sparkplugs for my nitrous detonation problem, which solved the problem. But when I tested the 100 shot, it felt like it was a 50 hp shot, if that. No I wasn't running premium fuel, and the bottle isn't completley full. I read on my previous post about my plugs, someone said upgrading plugs will hurt performence with stock heads. Is there any other factors playing into that fact that I'm not getting the HP increase that I want? Thanks.
If the bottle is empty than that is the problem. Do you have a bottle heater? If not GET ONE!
About 1/2 full bottles require a bottle heater to get the pressure back up to about 900 psi
I had the same problem as you did but a little different. I just hooked up my Zex Dry kit and was ready to test it out. I was running a 100 shot with autolite 23 plugs, timing at 10*, no pressure gauge, no bottle heater and it was 40 degrees out!
I took off and it felt like a 25 SHOT[:'(] Then I got a bottle heater, a pressure gauge, bumped the timing to 12* and took it back out in 65 degree weather when the psi was at 875 psi. Than it was a real 100 shot

gap the stock plugs about .040"
use 91+ octane
time it at about 10* to start , and try to bump to 12* , you'll probably need to read the plugs to look for detonation. or use your mph at the track and use the timing that has the best mph , don't bother w/ et
you need a pressure guage on the bottle to know...double the temp=double the pressure.
don't use a torch , soak it in the tub if you have to, only lasts a short while though. 90* is nice 75* minimum
