what do you guys that run o/r pipes do to pass inspection? do you just switch a catted pipe back on every year?
i live in va and we have no emissions but still a visual state inspection.

 

Luckily I live in Louisiana where they don't care about emissions. But I'm pretty sure that most people just keep their stock H and switch it back on to pass the test.

i have to put my damn stock pipe back in to pass smog but its only every two years so its not that bad. its a pain in the *** cause the stock pipe never seems to want to hook up right to my headers so i usually end up using a bunch of rtv to seal it for the test, then i scrape it all off when i put my o/r h back in
