i work in kuwait i would like toput a chager on my 05gt is thier any thing extra that i need to do to keep detonation down our avrage day temp in the summer is 145 right now its only 110-120 so any info would be welcome . the fuel i get here is 91-93.thanks

 

Put an intercooler on it. Then retard your timing and then run 93. You shouldnt have any problems at all then. And you prob wont have to do all of that either. just one or two.

 

definitly run an intercooler it depends what your hp goals are but an air/water aftercooler would probably be best suited in your situation, itas like a/c for you intake air. it good until 550 hp i belive, than air/air is the best, and its all in the tune, wait for a really hot day and take it to get tuned, that way your tuner can back out timing if your getting detonation. and definitly highes octance you can find other than race gas, unless thats easy to get, gosh i remember when gas was so cheap and i would go to sunoco and buy race gas for 3.30 a gallon. no w that almost what regular is.
