I have a 2003 GT, and right now i have straight pipes on it and i want a system that will have a deeper tone and maybe a little less interior noise. I was just wondering which system sounds better, the magnaflow or flowmaster cat-backs.

 

thats weird.....straight pipes on an 03 gt.....most people have straight pipes on an old pickup or something.....ive heard flows have a deeper sound, but im sure either would be deeper then straight pipes, either will be alot quieter interior wise.

 

less interior noise... don't go with flowmasters. magnaflow won't be much louder than stock at idle, but they come alive when you get on the gas.

 

yea, i didnt put the straight pipes on, the guy that owned it b4 me did, it sounded cool at first, but im tired of it

Flows = muscle car sound
Magnaflow = Sports car sound

 

my vote would definitely be with flowmasters...but for you...you said less interior noise...so as much as i prefer the flowmasters...ill tell you magnaflows. [&:]

 

Magnaflow "Magnapacks" are excellent.

 

taken off my flows for magnapack this week ill let you know which i prefer afterwards
