Default H Pipe Problem

I put on an MRT H pipe about six weeks ago and all was fine. In the last few days, however, there is a noise like a pebble bouncing around in the pipe. It gets faster when I accelarate. Sometimes it is there, and sometimes it isn't . I am guessing it's the H pipe because that where it sounds like it is coming from, but it maybe anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Yep, I bought that gasket maker stuff that MRT suggested. We followed all the instructions during the install. As a matter of fact, we lifted it about 2 weeks later and checked evreything. It was okay. We are gonna lift it on Wednesday. I didn't hear it at all on the way home from work. ??? I don't notice any loss of performance and there's no check engine light or anything. If we don't fix it wednesday I'll hit you guys up again. Thanks.
