Default Max boost NON- intercooled???

How much boost can I run while non-intercooled? Should I stick with the stock 8psi pulley or can I run maybe 10psi? Intercooler will come soon, but people say I will only make around 330whp with 8psi?? Should be more....

I see you are running 42lb injectors.....is that too big for just 8psi? I know the T-trim makes more power, but at 8psi whats the diff? I am putting in 32lb injectors in mine. Also, does the powerpipe really add 2lbs? I have heard its only like a 1/2lb...... Do I need to have the car tuned with the powerpipe? The kit I have has the stock vortech intake, is it worth it to spend $200 more on the powerpipe? Could you tell a big difference?

The Powerpipe is worth it. I run 13psi without an I/C, but I'm no modular.

nope 42 lb injectors are perfect what happens if you want more boost more power amd need more fuel you will have to upgrade why not buy them now i was boosting just about 8.5 psi added the powerpipe and at 6k i have 10.5 psi i have the mph 4 " powerpipe worth every penny

actually the powerpipe only adds about .5-1 psi. i'm running an AFM powerpipe and a 10lbs pulley and i'm making 10.5psi.

i am running the stock 3.60 pulley with a power pipe and i only see barely 8# in the manifold. When everyone is saying their boost they are running, is that guage or manifold? My gauge says 10 but only 8 where it counts, kinda like rwhp vs crank? I wish i woulda swapped my 3.48 before i got tuned, would at least put down a bit more power.

the powerpipe is good for about 1psi of boost. you wont need to get the car retuned for it. 1psi isnt much.
