dose the slp loud mouth 1 really have any back pressure? Putting a CRANKCASE EVACUATION SYSTEM on my car but thay say i can not have any back pressure for it to work

Compared to an open header, yes.

If you are trying to use a racing evac system designed to be used with an open header, then having a full exhaust system, even one with loudmouths, may not allow it to provide the necessary vacuum. I would ask the manufacturer, giving them your exact configuration.
