Default HKS Bypass Valve

My car has a HKS bypass valve on my p-1sc intercooled procharger setup. When i got it the vacuum lines were blocked off. I only have one line hooked up now and it works, but not sure if it's working right. I was wondering if anyone had the same valve and how they have it hooked up, or just some info would be nice. Thanks

It has a woosh sound. Best way to describe it is someone pouring water out of a bucket onto the ground. Really sounds like it is moving some air.

It blows off into the atmosphere... So it has a woosh sound. Haven't decided whether to reciculate it, leave it, or change it for a blow off valve for the sound. Any suggestions?

It's really up to you which way you want to run it, bov or bypass. Neither has a performance advantage unless you are using a draw through setup, where you HAVE to run a bypass to get the car to run properly.
As far as the plugs being blocked off, what do you mean? Do you have a picture of it or can you tell me how many there are?

Edit: I found a pictures of one. I'm guessing this is what you're talking about anyway

If you're talking about the extra vacuum line fitting on the bottom left, leave it open.

Yeah... That's what i'm talking about... What is it for?.. I'm all about understanding how something works instead of just knowing that it does...
