Kooks driver side Headers install

Kooks driver side Headers install
So i have read through all these posts and instructions but we still can not get the headers on on the drivers side. The steering rod is in the way and we cant fit the drivers side headers in, the motor is raised as well, on a good note the passenger side went on gorgeous. can some one help please we need to have this doen tonight.
