RE: schrader valve
Sorry, but I've nver worked on your style before. On my car (a 1995 GT) it's located on the passenger side fuel rail, towards the front of the engine. Just check along both fuel rails until you see something tha tlooks like a valve stem sticking up from the rail. It may or may not have a cap on top of it to keep dust and debtis out.
When I installed my nitrous kit, I unscrewed the schrader valve (just screws right out) and I installed a new 4N fitting that was designed to screw right back in where the schrader valve was located.

RE: schrader valve
is super easy.
it goes in between a sensor and the fuel rail. just loosen the two bolts and pull it off(its on snug). get a rag cause a little gas will dribble out. put the adaptor where the sensor was, put sensor back on top using the two long alen bolts that came with it.
