i was browsing some engine swap sites when i came to a link for instructions on a 302 hp v10 Ford Lightning engine swap. as soon as i saw it, it blew my mind instead of swapping to a 4.7L to a 6.3L(i think it is). Problem is when i tried to click it said unavaible if anyone has ANY information on this is if it is possible please email at jux06@yahoo.com thanks</P>

Last I checked for Lightning had a 5.4L blown V8

And the 281 is a 4.6L
Dodge has a 287 which is a 4.7L, but I don't think it'd bolt in without some custom fabricating.

is that super charged lightning a '03 b/c i just found out that the '94 is a 5.8l naturally asparated

Yeah.

I'd rather have boosted motor...less weight, more power (SVT doesn't exactly drop power figures......)

Oldschool lightnings were nothing special. IIRC they'd get their *** handed to them easily by a 454ss.
