1.no
2.you can spray anytime you want. the ideal psi window you are looking for to get your kits full potential is 950-1200
3.you can spray in first, just dont do it any sooner than 2800-3000 rpms
4. no

Ok, while my Nitrous nowledge is limited, I've been reading up on this for about a year now, and have been to several forums looking to put it on both my last car, and this one. The one thing I would suggest if you don't already have it, and since you didn't specifically mention it I'm assuming you don't, is a window switch. Like c498944484 said, spraying before 3k rpms is bad.....a window switch will keep that from happening. Good luck, and have fun with the nitrous.

1. if you are just hooking it up you could take the line off and crack the bottle open- cleans out any dirt that could be in line. After that youcant purge to get all liquidin theline with out a purge.
2. Get a pressure guage and keep it in the 950-1200 range- if yourheater is a thermostat type then it will shut off at 85 degrees
3.I wouldnt chance it unless you have a window switch- rpms climb quick with 4.10's and nitrous
4. nope

just activate it and goose it once for about a full second, that will make you ready for a run

when the bottle is at leats luke warm to the touch, 65*-70* is ok, the pressure should be fine....85* is better

i launch on it and spray through every gear and i don't lift unless i miss a gear

yeah i've heard of it i think, there are a ton of different makers out there.
