will thisbolt onto stock headers/catback on a 03gt or will it have to be modified?

also i got subs in my trunk, if i get pulleys will this seriously rob my amp power? i would want to keep the alternator the same sizeif possible, or would it not be needed or practical to do that? (2400w amp w/2x12's)

thanks

I'm also looking into the MAC prochamber, and from everything that I have read and heard MAC pretty much specializes in Mustang stuff, so it shouldn't need to be modified at all...I could be wrong though, I am a newbie to all this, so someone with experience could probably answer better.
