Default snow methanol injection kit

I have a 2005 mustang gt with a vortech non cooled kit and was looking into buying a snow methanol kit. Does anyone know Pros or cons about this kit. Is it worth it?

adds about 50rwhp and you can run it off of windshield washer fluid. if you get the sensor that retards your timing when the tank goes empty there is no cons. ask nanaki about it, he has that kit

I've heard good things. You can install it yourself but definately have it tuned by someone.

awesome kit. i got 50RWHP when i first put mine on running just the cheap blue wiper fluid. you can get more power if you run boost juice (50/50 mix), but wiper fluid is cheaper and you can find it anywhere.

i got the safe injection kit from snow performance and which gives me 2 indicator lights in the car. it lights up green when flow starts and there's an amber light that comes on if there's a problem. it will also retard the timing and bleed boost with a bypass release so you don't blow your motor. i've never had a problem though, just makes me feel safer.

It's worth every penny on a non intercooled charger. It's a waste of money on a intercooled car though. My buddie bought one for a intercooled procharger, they added 6 degrees of timing and only gained 10 rwhp.

that depends on if the tuner knows what they're doing. at excessive they put one on a 500RWHP fox and got it up to almost 600RWHP on boost juice. the owner of that fox had them tune it down a bit cause he wasn't expecting THAT much.
