Default Eaton s/c

Hey guys ive been thinking about putting my uncles old stock eaton s/c that he had on his 03 cobra on my gt and was wondering what some safe requirements would be to have a steady engine. Im pretty sure that the pistons are going to have to be changed and the cams just to be safe right? Im just wondering what parts on the engine would need to be changed to support the eaton. LOL Im pretty sure the Eaton will fit wont it? I dont have a good idea about the whole engine of the mustang because im pretty young so I need as much help as possible lol o yeah and im a noob.
