I've got to install the belts, and possibly an intercooler. I heard conflicting opinions about that. Some say I need it and others say I don't...

I'm going to have to run it with no intercooler temporarily.[:-]

You'll be fine without an intercooler at the stock boost range onf the supercharger as it only pushes about 6-8 psi from the factory. You do need to get the intercooler setup sooner or later to be safe since the roots produces a lot of heat. Where did you get all these parts from? Your best bet would be to find a donor Tbird SC at a junkyard and get whatever parts you need off it.

I'm guessing the water piping that's not fitting are metal lines? If so then just cut the center out of the lines leaving only enough of the metal to slide some heater hose on and use heater hose. As for the oil dipstick being in the way, just bend it out of the way. It won't hurt anything. Just get the pulley's off of a supercharged T bird and the belt should line up with everything after that. Don't let it get to you. It's a big project and your going to have to take your time.

Okay...hard part is done!

THANK GOD!

Okay, now I just need to get it tuned.

Good news: It's at the Mustang shop that I go to.
Bad news: The tuner I use is an SCT, my technician is trying to get some answers from them, and SCT's people are being little bitches about it.

Question: Is there anyone here that can write up a tune for a 98 mustang V6 that has a supercharger and 30 pound injectors that would work with the SCT SF device? And not make the car blow up?

No, I don't know the car's strategy off the top of my head, nor do I have it written down.

So, tell us how you got everything to work? I know a guy that can make you a tune and send it to you over the net. Check out www.rwtd.com. He can make a tune and send it to your handheld right over the computer. If there is anything that needs to be tweeked on he'll do that as well. It's all part of the package you buy.
