Default just bought a NX plate kit for my stang

well i just bought a nx plate kit for my 04 gt mustang. it is sitting at my house right now as we speak and what sucks is that i am currently deployed and wont be home until june. i have never dealt with the NX kits i have only dealt with zex and i am not quite sure how it works with the microswitch/push button. do you have to hold a button down to get the nitrous to spray? i am used to my zex kit to where it was throttle position. id appreciate all the help.

Default RE: just bought a NX plate kit for my stang

not at all..i've never done a NX kit, but it has a microswitch that works like the zex tps switch...just different.

the tps uses voltage to indicate WOT, the microswitch (if it in fact has one and not a tps like your used to) is a manual switch, to trigger WOT

and i feel your pain..... i bought my '90 GT aug of '90......got orders and was in camp pendelton beginning of december '90....spent the next 2 years in okinawa watching old skool ricers runnign around and knowing i could just thump all over them...while my car was getting buried in snow back in Michigan

thanks for your service...... i do appreciate it
