Default which midpipe

I have 2 chamb 40 series flows cat back and was wanting a new midpipe but wasn't sure on what would be the best match for the best sound and performance. I mainly want my ride louder. I am leaning towards a catted midpipe. Just inform me on what is the best brand. Also, is h pipe louder than x, and what is the best catted h pipe for my catback. thx.

a catted midpipe wont get you louder unless you get high flow cats.

An off-road H-pipe is the best setup for Flowmasters. If you have to go catted then stay with a catted H-pipe. Flows + X-pipe sound nice but get raspy on the higher RPM's. H-pipe will give you that low signature Flowmaster rumble. X gives and exotic touch to just about any exhaust. Ive used both an off-road X and H with Flowmasters, and I much prefer the H. If sound is what your looking for try to avoid the catted pipes if you can.

I recommend the BBK H-pipes. Excellent quality and fit.

i have x-pipe..it does have raspy touch...and quite loud since i have no cats...but i'd go with h-pipe on this one since you have flows...i have flows too but i just wanted x-pipe cuz it was cheapest thing i could find...

I have original 40's and it sounds like I'm going to blow the baffles out with my O/R H-pipe.
