Default Only Flowmasters?

Quick one... Just got a bone stock 88 GT. The first thing want to do is exhaust and had Flowmasters on a 99 Ranger. It was relatively inexpensive, which is what I need most. My thoughts are (and this is coming from a non-mechanic) that I would have to purchase two flowmaster mufflers and pay for installation... is this correct? I want to keep all the headers and all stock for emissions purposes, as well as the cats. Am I thinking right...? That I can purchase the mufflers and do some turn downs for a great sound and without killing my wallet?

Thanks for the feedback and I look forward to posting and replying more.

Yes, if you buy the mufflers you will have to have them installed/welded. If you buy a catback, you can install it yourself.

Sounds good... I will probably go with the mufflers first and go back with the headers and such.

Thanks for the advice!!!
