I have a friend who's making a tad under 700 rwhp with a big Whipple. Everything from internals, clutch, and trans are stock.

Hey, where in MI are you at?

Well the stock internals on these engine fwiw, have a good crank, and good enough flow in the heads and can handle alot of added boost.up words to like 1000hp.output.
I just wanted to see if anyone has pushed this engine that far.

I'm in the Farmington Hills area

ive seen a video on youtube go past 1000rwhp with just turbos but you cant believe everything you see on youtube. i would gead over to theturboforums.com and take a look around. i bet youll find some one who has a twin turbo termi or at the very least, i guarrenty youll find some one who can answer your question. plus its a great forum to be a member of if your going to turbocharge

I think 700 rwhp can easily be handled.

i thought they start to become unstable under 700 but eh this question is really hard to gauge without having a large pool to research from
