Cheap Vortech Supercharger tuner kits too good to be true?

Gail Auto are listing the Vortech V-2 Si trim and V-3 Si trim tuner systems in satin finish for the 96-98 GT both priced at $1765.99
That’s cheaper than the headunit only on superchargersonline surely this has has to be an error or a con/scam?

The fact they accept bitcoin, western union, and interac (whatever that is), I'm going with SCAM. You can probably search the domain to see how old it is.
