Default Paxton 2200sl Lower Radiator Hose...

I'm installing a Paxton 2200 SL on a 2014 Mustang GT/CS. I've run into a small problem. The instructions say to flip the lower radiator hose. I did that but now the air box doesn't seem to fit. It sits on top of the hose and won't lit it sit as low as it needs to. I flipped it back around but now it seems too close to the alternator pulley and will likely rub a hole it. Has anyone run into this issue? Is it just a matter of maneuvering the charge air cooler ducting around? Is there another radiator hose someone found that would be a better fit? Any help would be appreciated.
