ok i have a 98 v6 mustang. right now i have magnaflows on but still have that y pipe. what would be my best midpipe. i dont know if i should go with cats or not. but i do want sound. i need suggestions.

ive never heard it, but id be skeptical of the sound of a v6 without cats. might get a little too raspy. try posting this in the v6 section...maybe youll get a few responses from people who have heard a lot of different stuff on them.

the best thing to do is get a muffler shop to hook you up with true duals and get some flowmaster (or flowmaster knock-off) mufflers on there. that's the best combination for a 6er in terms of loudness and deepness.

a basanni o/r x with 40 series flows sounds pretty good on a v6
