FS: 99+ saleen series 2 blower
I hate to have to sell it, but Im going to school soon and cant afford any more major projects on the stang. Its the series 2 blower with the 11psi pulley. Only thing missing is the 90mm maf, and the saleen intercooler. SC came off of the s281 motor I now have installed in my stang, had 17k miles on it. The motor was sitting for a little while before it was installed so there is some real minor surface rust on one or two places of the manifold that came from the coolant hose. Can be easily brushed off. The vacuum setup will need to be realigned properly because it was disconnected. A new sc-intake manifold gasket might be needed also.
Included with the series 2 blower:
255lph fuel pump
42# injectors/fuel rail
Belt for 99+motor with series 2 sc
built in 70mm tb
I will be listing it on ebay soon, figured id give you guys a chance if anyone is interested. Looking for somewhere around 1800$ obo. Thanks.
here are some pictures of the blower ontop of my old motor

if you were to use it with a 96 stang, you would have to make new brackets for the alternator and a couple other things. then you would have to have your fuel rail extended so the blower would clear it, so unless you love changing about everything on your motor then no. 99+ only.

well first the pulleys are in different locations. second, the 99+ use a returnless fuel system and the 96-98 use a return fuel system. believe me they are different motors both inside and out.
