Default 2010 Roush Front Fascia

So i bought the 2010 Roush Front Fascia for my 2010 Mustang GT. Color match is perfect and the paint quality is great. My only complaint.....is the fit where the front fender / front fascia meet right at the headlight. Front fascia is out further, even with the shims added. It was worse before adding the shims. Also went to the local Ford dealer where i live that sells bunches of Roush mustangs to look and see if they had the same fitment problem. Sure enough, every one of them did. Went to the body shop and talked to the manager to see what he would suggest. After looking at my car and the other Roush cars on the lot, he says it looks like I did a damn good job installing the nose. Seeing as the cars shipped from Roush had the same fitment issue..he is not sure even his guys could fix it easily.

So for anyone that has done this mod...or anyone from Roush, how do you fix this issue so it looks factory?? Car looks damn good but could look better in my opinion.

I have the same issue, however when cold and in the garage, it fits perfect. When it warms up outside, and in direct sunlight seems the fascia pops out at the same spots you mentioned. I think the only way to fix it, is to maybe add more shims to get that part of the fender to push out to match the fascia... But I am a little lazy to tear off the fasica to see if more spacers will fix the problem... From the looks of it, it could use 1-2 more of the same shims on ea. side to possibly solve the problem...
