Default Bleeding the brakes? Question!

The Tire/wheel shop that put my tires on my new roush wheels painted my calipers and they said they had to bleed the brakes on my 06GT in order to get the calipers off.
Is there any way they could have messed up my brakes or car (any part) by doing this? I know they are a tire/wheel shop but I did'nt see anything about them working on brakes.

Im just nervous about my baby and dont know all that much about brakes.
Thanks for the help!

Yea when they put them back on was when they were doing it.
Should I worry about any damage to the car or anything?

Bleedign the brakes is no big deal, I wouldnt worry about it...I am not an expert here, but I have done it a bunch of times on older cars, dont know if the ABS make it any different though.
