RE: Just bought my LCA's and relo brackets
LCA's are not hard to install if you have the right tools, including jack stands. See BMR's website, find the LCA's for your car, write down the part number then go to their instructions link and look them up. It will not matter whether or not you are putting BMR's on or not. Here, I found the instructions for you.

It's a fairly simple and straightforward install. I would recommend changing out the hardware with new hardware from your local ford dealership. Those fasteners are all one time use.

I finally got the LCA's and relo brackets install.....they went on fairly easy.... it was me and my dad and my nieghbor(for the first half).......the first side(driver side) took about 2 hrs....now remember im no machanic. but after we kinda knew what we were doin the other side took us about 40 mins. unfortunately i havent had a chance to try them out yet due to the rain.
