Default wheel shake

I put my stock wheels back on for winter and have terrible steering wheel shake. I had the wheels balanced and it helped allitle bit, but it is still there from 40 to 80 mph. Itseems to come and go sometimes too. If i go around a turn it will stop. Is this my alignment. I bought the car from a guy that had eibach springs on it, but i don't know if he aligned it with the springs. what else could cause this?

Definately need balanced. I had mine balanced twice recently because it wasn't done right (or well enough) the first time. Have it done at the dealership - the tire shop that did mine the first time used some really unusual weights looking weights compared to what ford puts on the car.
