RE: Tires
I have stock Perilli's on the front and notice almost a back and forth movement of the steering wheel which seems to have a vibration with it. It does seem worse when cold but it is still there when warm andgoing about 60 mph.

RE: Tires
Might try getting them "Road Force Balanced". Not all tire shops or even dealers have this capability. Out of curiosity, were the tires even match-mounted (involves those colored dots)?

RE: Tires
You may be able to check for match-mounting yourself

You may be able to tell if the balancing was done statically (all the wheel weights will be the same distance from the back side) or dynamically (two different distances, one near the edge and one near the wheel center). At least the ones near the wheel center will be stick-ons. It is possible to have a shimmy (steering wheel vibrates in a back and forth rotation like it's steering itself) problem with wheels that are in perfect static balance. Static balance only fixes an up-down shake of the steering wheel.
Then there's the simplest cause - you've thrown one or more of the weights making the wheel (or wheels) obviously out of balance. Most racers will use a strip of duct tape over each stick-on weight as a little insurance.

RE: Tires
I used to get a shimmy and had the tires checked a couple of times. Once I had thrown a weight, but every other time they checked out fine. Since then I replaced my stock driveshaft with the aluminum one piece from Shaftmasters - the shake is gone now for me so it could be your stock driveshaft

RE: Tires
Could be what is know as "flat-spotting". This happens when the tire sits for long periods of time. (overnight) Some tire designs are more likely to see this than others. Usually once the tire heats up some it will go away. I have stock Pirellis myself (17s), and see this on colder mornings on the way to work. Goes away after a couple of miles at speed.
