Eibachs: Pro-kit or Sportlines
Gonna be lowering the car pretty soon. More than likely gonna be going with the Eibachs (Unless you guys have other suggestions)but, not sure which to go with. I'm leaning more towards the Sportlines to get a bigger drop, I dont plan on getting any type of chin, maybe some rockers I dont think that it should be a big deal with it being that low. Then again the Pro-kits have a good drop too. I want something to fill up the space and since I have the 18" bullitts I want them to stand out. Any feedback will help
How much do you drive the car? How are the local streets? Sportlines are lower and give higher performance but are also rougher. If you use your car as a daily driver and/or the local roads are bumpy and/or full of potholes, I would suggest the Pro set.
Its my daily driver. The streets are in pretty good shape, here AND in the next city so thats not an issue. I dont mind a rougher ride if it means getting better performance and a lower drop. Are there any other suggestions? Springs wise? Also, are there any other things that I'm gonna need if and when I get a new set of springs?
get the prokit or something equivalent in drop height. I could not imagine being any lower as of right now I have like a 1/2" of travel in the rear with my stops cut in half, before i cut them they were touching. Your gonna want shocks and an adj panhard. Everything else is not needed IMO. But shocks with springs i do recommend. I would wait for adj panhard till after your done with that to see if its even out of spec. I know my car sits a 1/2" higher on the passenger side than the drivers side and if im not mistake I believe this could be corrected with that.
