Got my Ultralites installed yesterday. Love them.
$400 is high, though.
I am in the process of creating a post about how I chose what I did and pics and post-install thoughts. It will be up shortly.

I had the frpp springs on my 07 and they were fine but they were to low because of my side exhaust. I put on the steeda sport springs (blue also) and they ride fine. Had an alignment done and it was just alittle off, not to much. pinion angle for driveshaft was still ok ,I hope the 400.00 included parts otherwise this seems exspensive, but hay they have to pay for shop rags......unless you do not own a jack and some wrenches 400 is a lot for labor. Figure 200 + bucks springs + aligment. and you can rent a spring compression tool for just the deposit.
For a newbie installation it will take 3-5 hours for hole job. quicker with air tools. you can do it!!
look under the how to guides by tacobill (they are great.)
good luck with your lowering your car and let the mods begin
you can see some shots at my car domain site but really taco bill rules

The $400 for parts and labor and alignment is a good deal unless you just wanna do it yourself and save a 100 bucks or so. As far as tires go, No (19 20)it wont be to big. They take the tire Heigth and keep it the same just , the center hole changes. Better tire selection for 20's but I prefer the 19 also figure out a width you want. staggerd or where you can rotate all the way around.
Even better selection and cheaper are the 18 inch. Keep in mind the weight of the wheel if you are worried about performance. or unsprung weight.
