I just got back from the Ford Dealer and the Canadian price they quoted me for the W711091-S900front stut flag nut is $42 each![:@]

I have seen a US price of $6.52 each but getting them here in time for my install may be a problem.

Can these nuts be reused once?

I've reused them. I'd worry about the bolt more than the nut, its the one that will stretch. Most people seem to think you can torque them a couple times without issue.
