So I´ve been thinking in having a set of drag radials+rims for track only ... so I can still have the DD´s in good shape.

For a 17x9 rim (that isvery cheap) theres some options i´ve been looking.

M&H 325/45
Mickey Thompson 295/45
Micky Thompson 315/35
Hoosier 315/35

The one I´m onsidering is the Hoosier because its the baldest of all 4 ... any opinions & sugestions ? Which one has the best grip ?

For a 17" rim - the M&H Racemaster hands down - not even close...

also... whats your hp goal? i run the M/T's 275/40/17's and they work great and are rated up to 500 rwhp. if you dont need a wider tire then that saves you on rolling resitance

You should have gone more with brands instead of sizes. That's whyI didn't vote.

On a 9" wheel you will have issues getting most if not all them to fit properly. You may be able to fit some of those tires, but they won't sit properly on the wheel which could cause the tire to have less of a contact patch than 265/275 series tire. MM and FF did some tets with a modded GT500 and got 1.5 something 60's on a 265/40/18 tire.

Like said above, the 275 MT ET Streets will give you awesome 60's with the right suspension, power and driving.

I have no expereince with the M&H tires but have heard nothing but great things. I would look for them in the same size.

I have had the BFGs and like the MT better.
