Jazzer-

You should be starting your tires are 35 psi that is about what Toyo recommends. If you are unsure of the tires being under or over inflated you can check the side walls after a run. On the shoulder of the tire is a little arrow or triangle. You should be rolling over your tires to that point on your runs. If you are rolling past your under inflated, if you aren't reaching the arrow you're over inflated.

The R888 is more of a road race tire so they will like more heat in them then your typical autocross tire. I don't think you will over heat them on the autocross track.
