Default 2005 stock suspension specs

I don't know how often you guys get posts like this, but here goes;

I'm in an engineering school, and currently in a project where we have to design the optimal suspension for a "2005 mustang coupe" going over a railroad track. The problem is that I cannot find the specs for the stock suspension anywhere.

does anybody know the stock spring rate and damping for the front and rear ends? Also, I'm not sure if the center of gravity is a commonly known value, but we're going to have to figure that out at some point too.

thanks

Edit:
ok, just saw the sticky...and feel pretty stupid.
my bad, if I could move it I would

I have a link

http://www.fordvehicles.com/assets/p...tang_specs.pdf

and a warning

The suspension spring rates and wheel rates published in the above .pdf appear to be inconsistent.

There is also a NHTSA database of inertias and CG locations (X and Z axes, at least). There may be a later version available than the one I have, but it seems that the CG height for many cars ends up around 21" - 22". 21" in the case of the 1988 Mustang (about 54" roof height). Google "nhtsa+inertia+database" and download the Excel spreadsheet, English version, as it's lots easier to work with than the .pdf file.

For damping, you'll want shock plots unless you're only going to use some assumed percentage of critical damping.

Edit - more stuff of possible interest (CG height vs roof height)
