Go to newyorkmustangs.com there is a WNY regional section that is pretty active.

 

Another option: join corvetteForum.com and post this question in the General Corvette > Autocrossing & Roadracing section. As you probably know, Vettes are one of the most commonly tracked cars and that forum is very active, with many folks who routinely run at WGI. There are lots of non-vette people who post on there because it is such an active board.
