I'm hoping that the rest of the mods address one of my main issues first...which incidentally enough, you would think is handled by the PHB. That rocking and playfullness in the rear that you get when pushing the car thru a corner and accelerating. Like the car is not "setting"

If that is your dislike, upgrade your swaybars ASAP!!! This is the problem you're addressing. I still had the rocking, swaying and general dislike of the suspension even after upgrading my dampers/springs until I upgraded the swaybars. That was my first recommendation. They make ALL the difference in suspension feel IMO. The dampers will have a significant effect on this as well.
