Suspension Upgrades
The suspension on my 05 GT is stock. I would like to upgrade it. I was looking at first getting the Ebach Anti roll kit. Any suggestions after that? I would also like to lower the car.
Upgrade to what? What are your intensions with the car, i.e. daily driver, autocross, track events? What does it do that you do not like? Come up with a better plan than I want to upgrade it. These cars are pretty good suspension wise right off the showroom floor.
You must define what you want to change about how the car drives in order to pick the best parts for the job.
Personally, and you will find agreement from anyone else who has been down this road, I find the stock dampers (shocks and struts) to be the biggest issue. The car won't take a set, feels "big", rear jumps around... and while dampers don't cut roll--they do cut roll rate, a LOT. Enough that it's very common for people to tell me their cars "don't roll" after installation of the better dampers. Funny because the car rolls as much--just not nearly as fast and so it feels like much, much less.
Bars cut roll. Springs cut roll and some pitch. Springs are damped by shocks, and the stock shocks aren't great to start with. Doing springs without dampers isn't the smartest move unless you truly only care about looks and could care less about ride, stability, or how easy and confidence inspiring the car is to drive at more than normal pace on a highway.
Shocks, springs and bars are the big three as far as the suspension goes. Each does it's own job, but also interact with the others.

IF you are at all interested in any kind of high performance driving on track or doing solo competition my 2 cents is pick up the phone and call Sam.
If you just want to do what many, many others have done and for the most part seem to be happy with: leave the stock sway bars, get lowering springs (Eibach Pro is one, there are many others), good dampers (D-specs if you want to save a little $ or Koni's if you want the best available without getting crazy) and be done with it. Also note - on some cars, depending on the amount of drop, you will need an adjustable pan hard bar to re-center the rear axle.

The eibach dampers would work very well- and would provide better overall ride and handling.
i just got eibach pro springs but i have no idea on what to get next its a weekend car for me really i was thinking d-specs but idk really im clue less when it comes to this stuff
A couple of good threads about dampers
