Default Polyurethane Spring isolators - what do they do for me?

So looks like I will be going with Eibach Prokit springs, Strano sways front and rear and Koni STR.Ts. But I am wondering if I should replace the rubber spring isolators with urethanes when I am in there doing all of this? What will these urethanes isolators do for me? Increase feel of the road, little, too much? More noise? Are they a good trade off for handling and noise for $39?
Are they worth it?

Thanks for the info

I replaced the lower rear spring isolators with model 9.6106 polyurethane isolators made by Energy Suspension. They are sold in pairs and cost about $10 + shipping. They come in black or red and are flexible like their rubber OEM counterparts, not hard like I expected for polyurethane. Nice upgrade when installing lowering springs. They are easy to install - just lift off the old one and press in the new one. I have not encountered any additional noise while driving.

I purchased the isolators here:
