Steeda Competition Springs and customer service

In a nutshell he said to use the uncut stock bumpstops. They both compress when the suspension bottoms out. With the shorter ones it happens faster and harder. The stock ones slower an more gradually. To paraphrase, he said 'nothing good happens fast' -- better to slow down sharp transitions and impacts so you don't find yourself spinning or sliding after bottoming out.
I was leaning towards using the shorter ones figuring the extra suspension/shock travel would soak up more of the body movements, but ultimately I went with his advice.
