Default FRPP Rear Sway Bar Noise

Help! I am getting lots of noise from my rear end (not the kids) and I think it is a rear sway end link that was replaced but may have not been greased. How hard is it to remove? Does it have the one use bolts? It looks like it's just four bolts and allen wrench stuff. Also, any ideas for the torque settings for the bolts?

I don't like my dealer and would like to try this myself, but if it's a pain, I might have to shell out the $$$.

Thanks!

Those endlinks are easy to remove but what a pain in the a$$ to re install, you may want to try and shoot some grease into the bushings where the bar connects to the rear, I can't see those links making that much noise if any. The bushings are greasable.
