I'm waiting on Vogtland leveling springs as well (.8" front/1.2" rear), and I'm wondering how these FRPP struts would match up. Any ideas?

I ordered my Vogtlands from Hotpart.com along with a set of Koni STR.t shocks and struts. The Koni's ended up being back ordered until Sept. and the folks at Hotpart suggested the Tokico HP's (the blue ones).

They told me that Tokico makes the shocks and struts for Steeda and that the ones Steeda sells with thier springs are basically badged over HP's. They went on to say that Vogtland makes Steeda springs for them. Im not sure which steeda springs are progressive rate like the Vogltands but if all of this is true, the HP's might make a nice match for the Vogtlands.

I dont want to spend 550.00 or more on adjustable struts when my car is just my daily driver and will never see any type of auto x track. I am looking to keep near stock ride comfort with better looks and handling.

Ive been reading so much about shock and springs combos that Im half blind. Ive read that the STR.s are great with most springs, that the Koni Sports and Tokico D-spec are so good you dont even need springs (joke of course), That the steeda sports and GT500 take offs are excellent, and now Im waiting for the verdict on these.

Like most, I just dont want to spend the money and be dissappointed in the ride and have to redo all the work again looking for the perfect combo.

Anyone else have any input on these? I'm looking to buy them within the next few days.

For $350 for Shocks/struts/springs I don't think I can pass this up.. I absolutely adore the handeling of my 05 GT compared to previous model years but would love to get a bit more out of it.. Now how to trick the wife into agreeing to this...

still waiting on my "stallion" springs to arrive. they are in shipping limbo somewhere

You probably will need a Panhard bar at a minimum for even a 1" drop. Right now, my rear axle is about 1/2" closer to the drivers side at the factory hieght. It'll be worse when I get those 1" drop springs in there.

got my Spohn LCA/UCA/Panhard all sitting in the garage waiting. Now just need to find the time and those damn springs to arrive

Make sure you post some pictures, and a review on the improved handling. Thanks!

Did anyone ever order this? I've been working on some other projects, but I think I'm going to finally pull the trigger on these.

Lol. I really do need to go ahead and bite the bullet. I've just been so tied up with other projects! I'll see what I can do about getting it ordered next week and installed next weekend.
