You don't have to, but I guarantee you'll be going back in if you don't. Like me, I just reused the stock mounts. Horrible clunking and popping. Put in the GT500 mounts, 5k later, clunking and popping. Now I have J&M camber plates and they have been good SO FAR.

Do the Gt500 mounts up front. You can grab them for $50-60 shipped online.

If they start clunking later, you can install camber plates. At least the GT500 ones will get you going initially and help save a little coin vs. All the ore money you are spending

How do you like your BMR control arms? I've been thinking about doing some suspension work and was checking them out

Thanks tylus I'll definitely consider doing that.
Csamsh - my car used to wheel hop soooooo bad... Right when I put the control arms on it went away and you can feel rear end grip better. They do need to be lubed pretty often though, I normally do it every other oil change.

Just a note to you guys who think you have to change LCA's. If you are planning on lowering the car, that action tends to kill most if not all the hop you have stock. So I recommend waiting for LCA changes until after the lowering to see if you need the LCA's changed in the first place. Now if you are a serious drag racer, etc... you want to do it anyway.

I haven't noticed any wheel hop since my Koni Str.ts, Steeda Ultralites, and Steeda HD mounts (and UMI adjustable panhard bar) were installed. Very nice. Also, less squat when I nail the throttle.

Sam - Thanks for the parts!

There is a 50 page sticky about this stuff, I read it. Seems koni yellow, Steeda sports, Steeda HD strut mounts are the way to go for a DD. Also Panhard, lca's, and upper control arm for me... why not the extra few hundred to go out and do it right. I have been reading up on the CHE brace, scared of the few horror stories about bolts snapping under a load.

Soooo, I said F it and I swapped out the Eibachs for the Steeda Springs, got the Steeda upper strut mounts, Steeda adjustable panhard bar, and the Koni Str.t shocks and struts.
Thanks to Matt from Steeda and Sam Strano for helping me out.

So what do think about the result of the changes?
