Default 19" TSW Vairano what offset needed?

Folks,

Been looking at these wheels for my 2012 GT non brembo, kona blue. Want to stay with 19" inch but wider than the 8" recommended by the tire site. Currently have the factory 19" nickel lustre wheels. Would like to go with 19x9.5 width. Would like 275" tires at all four corners. Would 19"x9.5" 40 offset work for such a setup without sticking out?

The wheels are the TSW Vairano wheels.
Appreciate guidance on tire size as well. 275x35x19? 275x40x19?
Car would never be tracked, and is a daily driver during nice days.

Thank you very much in advance for your input.

40mm don't actually stick out but are so close that at some angles they look like they do. I prefer a 45mm offset for a 9.5" wide wheel. 48mm will work too and you can add a 1/8" shim to the 48mm to get 45mm.
