Im using the Hawk HPS front and rear on my 2012 Mustang GT 5.0 Track Pack Brembo 6 sp manual. Virtually no dust. I use it as my DD. They have performed great summer and winter in all weather conditions with no brake squeel or noise.

+1 I have them on the my car (front and rear) and my daughters Escape. Very little dust and start to bite faster than most ceramics, don't fade when hot in DD conditions (even in AZ) and don't squeal even if you don't use any other stuff except for the supplied antis-squeal plates that are embedded onto the pad.

Ceramics tend to need to be warmed up before they give maximum braking power.

Carbotech 1521 Bobcats are great, low dusting pads. Another great low dusting pad are the Hawk Performance Ceramics.

I've been told that both of these pads bite better than the Akebonos.
