07 Shelby GT...22k?
When I was checking prices, my insurance goes strictly by the vin and the vin gives no indication that it's a SGT or anything else. I found no difference between a regular GT and a SGT. In fact when I tried to tell the agent about the difference, it confused them (they're NOT car people), I realized what was happening and shut my mouth quickly!

Just a comment on the cost of these cars...$22k is not unbelievable or not legit. It's a screaming deal for sure but it's not unrealistic.
Paying $30K+ is nuts and frankly anything over $27K is nuts for a used one no matter the miles. A GT premuim can be bought for $19-23K.
In my part of the world Shelby GT's can be had for less than $27K. In the last 5 months there have been 2 at $25K (both had 900 miles) and one a couple grand less than that, that is in my garage. At $25K or less you have to be able to jump on it immediately. There is one in the Seattle area at $26K and change right now. Granted I see them for $30K + a lot but who pays that for a used one? Have patience and be ready when a deal comes along.
My 2 cents...

yeah, it really seems like a great deal, but it is USED!
I got my new 2008 vert yesterday and paid a lot more than $22,000 but my warranty is good for 3 years from today. I was just glad the weak economy finally gave me a break instead of heartburn!

Thanks for your responses, guys.
I went over there today (my day off) and what do you know, sold last night
The price was correct, 22k. The reason I didnt take the rest of the day off yesterday and run to buy it was I had to get girlfriend approval before I did anything, and I wanted insurance quotes beforehand. But oh well, thats the way it goes. Leaves room for the new 5.0 in a couple years

What's gonna happen to you if you marry her?
Will you shave your b@lls for her?
Joke aside, too bad you missed that deal...
Any of us would have jumped on that for sure

You know, the GT500 prices are looking mighty good lately.
