Default Engine lights?

With Covid fading away, judged car shows are springing up like weeds. I like judged car shows. Question about my 2020 GT: I'd like to put a string of led lights, stocking them to the underside of the strut mount. I'll have an remote on/off switch etc in my hand for control purposes. I'll use an adhesive promoter to make sure the led light strip stay stuck to the underside of the strut bar. Comments?

Are you talking about the strut tower bar under the hood or strut mount as in suspension (wheel well area)?

In the engine bay, I wouldn't trust glue alone. It gets hot under there. You should find a way to secure the lights to the strut tower bar (like fancy zip ties or clamps etc.

If it's outside the car and at the actual strut mount. (wheel well) again, same thing. I wouldn't rely on just glue. To much crap and water get in there and glue would come loose over time.
