the supercharged lightnings were 5.4L 2v. the 03/04 cobras were 4.6L 4v. No much in common. I dunno if the lightnings have forged rods like the cobras. i would imagine they do.

i need real answers, arent the 03 lightings supercharged, dont they make good power, is it a good reliable motor
for a 03 lighting 30,000 miles, is $22,000 a good price..

Yes they are Supercharged and I beleive they were rated at between 365 HP and 385Hp, they are fast as hell but they are a truck. But again they are a nice truck. Good luck but also as was pointed out SVTPerformance.com is the place to go for the skinny I think. Pricing I would look at E bay to see what they are going for then go from there.
